Systone Iterations LLC, an SBA-certified 8(a) digital services company, is part of the team supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Services Security, Innovation, and Operations (SIO) contract. The five-year, $101 million effort will strengthen the technology, security, and shared capabilities behind critical healthcare quality programs within the CMS Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ).

Systone will support Goldman Edwards-Tantus Technologies, LLC, a joint venture between Tantus Technologies and Goldman Edwards. Through this partnership, Systone will bring its experience in cloud engineering, DevSecOps, product leadership, and digital modernization to an initiative focused on helping CMS teams work more securely, efficiently, and collaboratively.

Systone’s work will center on supporting the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) Information Systems Group’s (ISG) technical innovation and providing services and enablement across the End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) and Quality Payment Program (QPP) portfolios.Rather than solving the same technical challenges one project at a time, the Shared Solutions & Enablement team helps CMS develop reusable tools, patterns, infrastructure, and guidance that can create value across multiple programs.

In support of CMS and CCSQ, Systone will:

• Advance DevSecOps to strengthen CCSQ systems.

• Build reusable components and automation that help teams solve shared challenges and reduce duplicated effort.

• Optimize cloud costs across supported environments.

• Evaluate AI and machine learning with proofs of concepts.

• Support cloud migrations by helping teams adopt scalable architectures that meet CMS security and compliance requirements.
